What is different about buying a condo?
The lender reviews the condo project as well as you, the association documents set the rules and costs, and the condo fee counts in your monthly payment. The checklist covers each of these steps.
Do Cincinnati condos have tax abatements?
Many renovated and newer condos in the City of Cincinnati do, for up to 15 years. The abatement transfers to the buyer for the remaining years, so check the end year before you buy.
