What Ten Years of Data Means for Buyers
- Waiting hasn’t paid off. In every year of the last ten, the median condo price was higher than the year before.
- Value is still out there. The west side, Butler County and Clermont County have median prices near or under $240,000, and two-bedroom condos across the region sold at a median of $215,000.

What It Means for Sellers
- Your equity has likely grown. A condo bought at the 2017 median would have roughly doubled in value at today’s median.
- Pricing still matters. Half of condos sell within about two weeks; the ones that sit are usually priced above recent sales in their building.
- Know your building’s numbers. Every community page on our site lists recent sale prices and fees, and our free condo valuation uses sales from your community.
